Workout Routine for
Hard Buttocks using Dumbbells
This workout routine primarily targets your glutes and will help you achieve hard buttocks.
Although having access to at least one dumbbell is desirable you can perform the exercises without access to any equipment at all.
Although the exercises featured take aim at strengthening your buttocks you will also see improvements in your hamstrings (back of your thighs), quadriceps (front of your thighs), abs and hips in the process of completing this routine.
