Workout Routine for
Hot Abs using a Barbell
The workout routine proposed below will help you acquire, crudely put, hot abs!
Although a barbell is not necessary for every exercise, you will still need access to one in order to complete the program.
This quick fitness program contains 4 exercises that you can use to add onto other workout routines or simply when you feel the urge to give your abs a good all around workout.
It will allow you to target your upper and lower abdominals, as well as your obliques.

Additional Notes
A combination of 2 sets and 25 reps was proposed but it should be treated as a guideline more than anything else.
If you feel confident you could do many more sets/reps and have the time to extend your workouts longer then by all means go for it.
